In-home Euthanasia
Our in home euthanasia appointments include a house call, medications and supplies needed, and a paw print keepsake for you.
Our pricing is based on your pets weight and your location zones (view below).
These consultations take 1-2 hours and includes an examination by the doctor, a thorough discussion of quality of life and expected disease progression. Medical records from your family vet are helpful but not required.
We may prescribe medication, recommend supplements, and make suggestions regarding environment and lifestyle to better manage mobility issues, anxiety, incontinence, pain, and more. An email summary of the visit will be sent to you and your family veterinarian. Follow-up visits may be scheduled as needed, either in-home or via telehealth. $325
Hospice/Quality of Life in-home Consultation
This Session includes a thorough 30-40 minute phone or video discussion with the doctor regarding your pets’ medical conditions and quality of life. After, you will receive an emailed summary of the call with further helpful links and information for your family.
*PLEASE NOTE* we may discuss your pets’ current medications, but we are legally unable to prescribe or change medication doses based on a telehealth consult unless it is a follow up from an in-home consult. $150
